For employers

Hiring in sports tech? Your roles are probably already here.

Every morning we pick up open roles from 237 sports tech companies, straight from their own careers pages. If yours aren’t on the board yet, send us the link.

How it works

No posting forms, no logins. Each morning we read your careers page or applicant tracking system (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable and a dozen others) and list what’s open.

Candidates click through and apply with you, so applications land where they always do. When a role closes on your side, it disappears here too.

Get your role in front of the right people

When people join our weekly email, they can tell us what they do, where they want to work and how senior they are. Some also tell us they’re happy to hear from companies directly.

So when you’re hiring, say, a product lead in Europe, we can send your role to the people who asked for exactly that, from us, on your behalf. We never hand over the list.

Faster, without extra work

Your new roles show up here the morning after you post them on your own careers page, with nothing to submit. Every Friday they go out to our subscribers. And if you’re hiring for something specific, we can send it straight to the people who told us that’s what they’re looking for, the same week.

Hiring a VP or a Director?

Senior roles are on the board too: 152 Director-and-above roles are open today, with their own filter, so people looking for leadership jobs find yours without wading through everything else.

Stuck on a hire?

Half of the 709 senior and leadership roles on the board today have been open for more than 22 days, and 21% for six weeks or longer.

If one of yours is taking too long, tell us what the role really needs. We know a lot of people in sports tech and can make a few well-matched introductions, quietly and only with their agreement. We’ll tell you up front how it works and what it costs.

Found where people now search: AI assistants

More and more people start a job search by asking an AI assistant. Anyone using Claude can add the Jobs in Sports Tech connector and search every role on this board from inside the chat, and we publish a machine-readable summary of the whole board (llms.txt) that AI tools can read.

If your roles are on the board, they’re part of those answers, each with a link back to your own posting. Nothing for you to set up.

Why we built this

Sports tech hiring is spread across hundreds of small careers pages, and good people miss roles because they’ve never heard of the company. We’ve spent close to twenty years in sports technology and wanted one place that shows all of it, for free.

If you want to be seen first

Being listed is free and always will be. On top of that, there are four ways to stand out. Tell us what you’re hiring for and we’ll tell you honestly whether any of them is worth it for you.

Five free places for startups

This year we’re giving five sports tech startups all four of the above for 12 months, free.

  • You build a sports technology product and you’re independent, not part of a larger group.
  • You have fewer than 50 people.
  • You’re hiring now, on a public careers page.

We’ll choose the five by 30 November 2026.

For investors and accelerators

If you back sports tech companies, we can put your whole portfolio’s open roles in one place. Send us your list and we’ll track every company’s careers page, give you your own page on the board with all their roles, and an embed for your website that updates itself every morning.

Your portfolio companies get seen by people who already want to work in sports tech, and you get a hiring page you never have to maintain.

Claim your company page. It’s free.

Every company hiring here has a page with its open roles. Claim yours to add a short story, photos, perks and a hiring contact. We check that you work there (a quick note from your work email), then it’s yours to keep up to date.

Questions people ask us

Do we pay to be listed?

No. If your roles are public, they’re on here.

Where do applications go?

To you, through your own careers page. We never see them.

We’re a fund. Do our companies need to do anything?

No. As long as their roles are on a public careers page, we pick them up. You just send us the list.

A role closed but it’s still showing?

It clears within a day. If it doesn’t, tell us. Listings older than 60 days drop off on their own.
